Clarie Gibson - Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Hello! I'm Claire and I gained my NNYB national diploma Level 3 way back in 1994! Since then, I have worked in a variety of childcare settings, mainly primary schools, working with children in the EYFS through two years 6. I lived in Fuerteventura Canary Islands for two years where I worked in a Spanish day nursery in the sun!
I have three children of my own 27, 24 and 17 and three grandchildren 6, 3 and 7 months. My older girls now live with their partners, but my son still lives at home with myself and our dog called Daisy. We love to visit Cannock Chase and Hednesford hills full long walks and to let the grandchildren let of some steam.
Hayley Davenport - Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Hi, I’m Hayley I’ll be working in the 2-3 room. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in early years care and education. I have been in childcare in various settings for over 20 years. I have a grown-up daughter myself and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, shopping and arts and crafts projects around the home.
Tamzin Wilson - Nursery Practitioner Level 3
My name is Tamzin, and I work in the baby room. I studied my Level 3 in children's play and learning development at Stafford college. In my free time I enjoy baking, going for walks and going to the gym. While studying my Level 3, I worked closely with all age ranges and gained a lot of experience and knowledge.
Ellen Hood - Nursery Practitioner Level 2
Hi, my name is Ellen. Ill be working in the 2-3 room. I have an NVQ level 2 in early years and a teaching assistant level 3 qualification. I have 3 children ages 11,12 and 15. I’ve always worked in childcare since leaving school. I enjoy creating a fun environment for all children to thrive in.
Laura Howes - Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Hi, my name is Laura, I am a Level 3 qualified practitioner, and have spent time working in nurseries, as a private nanny and also worked in children’s residential homes.
I enjoy all aspects of nursery life from outdoor play, messy play and chill out time with a good book!
I come from a high energy home with my husband, son, cat, 2 German Shepards and we hope soon to add ducks to the chaos!
